I am passionate about people. My goal is to empower groups to identify the change they themselves desire and to help them to make it happen. As a freelance facilitator and trainer, it’s been my pleasure to work closely with a wide variety of teams and groups strengthen their processes and help them achieve their outcomes.

I am skilled in creating safe and supportive spaces in which to foster new ideas and fresh approaches. I enjoy the unique challenges that each individual group brings, and have been fortunate to use my skills on projects both locally and internationally. I have worked with diverse and inspiring communities that include small enterprises and big brands; young people; refugees in camps in Calais; and small-scale farmers across East Africa and Peru. My background is in drama for social change, and I have a BA Honours degree in Drama from Manchester University. I am a trained Lego Serious Play facilitator and I have wide experience facilitating groups to create targeted change through fun and engaging sessions.
